COME UP!

As we come into another month; the final minutes of the first quarter, all I’ve been pondering on are the words, ✨COME UP✨ If I’m honest, February came with some HITTERS, at me! The enemy came swinging, but from the mouth of Prophet Isaiah (54:17), the Word was the TRUTH for me, as he spoke, “No WEAPON formed against me shall PROSPER!” Them weapons formed but, whew Chile…GUESS WHAT??? We are all still STANDING! God made it clear in 2 Chronicles 20:17, that the BATTLE is one that HE will fight! We were commanded to take OUR POSITIONS (Keyword: OUR) and see the Salvation of the Lord!
You see, the enemy has a way of deceiving us to believe that the battle belongs to us! AND WE AT TIMES BELIEVE THIS JOKER…SMH! Help Me Jesus! 🤦🏾♀️ He has a way of trying to convince us that his way is the best way. EVEN WHEN WE LAND IN ALL TYPES OF DESTRUCTION! How can we ever explain that his way is the Best way? 🤦🏾♀️ he’s very deceiving and cunning for sure! He has a way of trying to make us team up with him! I MEAN THATS WHAT WE DO WHEN WE FOLLOW HIS WAYS, OUR FLESH, and the WORLD’S WAYS! 🤷🏾♀️ He has a way of making us believe that his voice is the right voice! 😬🙄 His voice drives us right into a life of destruction that’s void of any type of peace! How is that the right voice!
Thank God for freedom and the opportunity to get it right and get back on right standing with HIM…JESUS!
Pastor has taught on the RIGHT VOICE for the past couple of weeks and anytime something sounds like it’s in opposition to the Word of God, then we are to cast them thoughts down (2 Corinthians 10:4-6) The Word says that God’s Sheep knows HIS VOICE and the voice of a stranger he will not follow (John 10:27).
God really is calling us to a higher elevation in Him…a deeper and more intimate relationship with Him and that means we must come up! We can’t remain on the same level as the enemy. We can’t keep succumbing to his wickedness and accepting whatever he says to us and throws our way! Our thoughts must become higher! Our actions must come up! We can’t continue to stay the same!
We’ve operated how we’ve operated for so long! I can only speak for myself, but I know God has been speaking to me, but the issue remains, whose voice am I following? Ask yourself the same question!
Are we speaking FAITH or Fear? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17) God is the Word! The Word is God! (John 1) What we take in is what we will eventually pour out! The Heart Speaks! We’ve heard and seen so much in the Word! The more of the Word that we’re FEEDING our Spirit, the more of God’s Voice we are able to recognize and then follow!
If we’re not taking in God’s Voice through reading, listening and getting to know Him, then how can we rise above the attacks and taunting of the enemy! We have nothing to fight him off with! 🤷🏾♀️ We’re a joke coming to the enemy with nothing but our flesh and expecting to win a spiritual battle without our Spiritual Father living on the inside of us through what we’re pouring back into ourselves!
If we’re feeding our flesh more than our spirit (Bible Study…Join Us), how are we able to recognize God’s Voice?
We have stepped into a new month! Let’s try and do what we haven’t done. Every level of elevation, requires another level of discipline and commitment from us! Get uncomfortable before God so that you can get comfortable in KNOWING GOD’S VOICE! When the enemy gets low, we must go and rise higher because the voice of God will never lead us astray!
It’s time to come up and the way I see it, is that the intimacy and bonding with God has to be top tier! It was pressed upon my spirit some months back, when God shared with me that what I did and how I sought Him in one season, would not suffice in the current season! Meaning, I have to come up! I have to do and be different! I can’t continue to stay the same and stagnant, while expecting God to make things shake for me! We have to set a standard for others to follow! We are to be the salt of the earth! That standard to follow is Christ and Christ alone! We can’t even attempt to maintain that standard if we aren’t meeting with the ONE! Jesus!
Pastor said, that in 2023, we were on milk, 2024 we on that meat, that good protein (my rendition 😂) we’re bulking up! Indulge in the Word of God and allow it to become all of You! Dig into the Word, the way you do at your favorite restaurant or with Texas Roadhouse Rolls and Butter! 😉
How have you been coming to God? How have you been worshipping God? If God was to sit you in front of a screen and played your day by day time with Him and also the World, what would your production reveal to you and others? Remember nothing is hidden from God! How can you and how must you change to align right now with God?
Let’s evaluate ourselves!
