Run Yo Own Race
Sometimes we tend to get off track because we are constantly comparing our lives to that of others. We try to justify our wrong and/or right ways based on others. When it doesn't seem as if we are being "BLESSED" as another we try to compare and make ourselves more or less worthy to "RECEIVE" than they are.
✨We don't know the path someone has had to take to get them to where they are.
We want their testimony but not their Test?? How does that work? We want the output but not the input!
It’s been said over and over: WHAT YOU PUT IN, IS WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT!
Our race is not precedent on another's wrong or right doings. Our race isn't centered on how fast or how slow another person is going. God has set us up for VICTORY. He has DESTINED for us to WIN this race, but the more we STOP listening to the COACH and stop following HIS DIRECTIVES, the farther away from the FINISH LINE, we will become.
There is a season of training for some of us. We have to train and discipline ourselves to commune more with God, look to Him, Trust Him, Obey Him, and fulfill the PLAN He has for US! But for real, That training and discipline is for EVERYBODY!
✨Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for YOU,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give YOU a future and a hope.”✨
As we can see, God says HE has a plan for US! As you seek Him in the scriptures look to His Word and make it personal for YOU!!
✨He’s the POTTER and YOU are the CLAY!
Although similar, I can guarantee that when you place two similar items next to each other, you will eventually find something that’s not the same! As God’s Masterpiece, HE Makes each of us different! He makes us with our own unique gifts and talents!
I know my life has had many ups and downs! I couldn’t imagine anybody else going through what I’ve been through. Just as I can’t imagine living the life of others and going through what they’ve gone through! Instead of comparing and wishing our lives were like others, we should be grateful and thank God for the life He has made possible for us and do all we can to live OUR LIVES the way God has destined for us!
In order to fulfill the call of God on OUR LIFE we have no choice but to run our own race! We can’t keep looking at the lives of others to determine the timetable God has set for us! We can’t compare our life to others, while still expecting a particular result in return that will more than likely go against the will that God has for us in this season of OUR LIFE! God has destined each of us for greatness! We are our own individuals and what God has planned for each of us will happen for US as we TRUST HIM with our lives!
This is a SEASON of ORDER and DIVINE ALIGNMENT from the INSIDE- OUT! We have to take every stance God has given us to fully SURRENDER to HIS ANOINTING and Let HIM Be GOD!

What is He trying to Get out of YOU so that you can be free from the Internal Chains that have kept you bound for so long?

This is so true! I think we all have moments when we play the comparison game and it serves as a distraction to keep us from focusing on our own lives. But this reminder, that God has a plan for ME that looks different than those next to me!! Let me get in my own lane 🙌🏾

Let us celebrate, support and encourage each other in our unique personalities, differences, gifts and callings! What we all should have in common is the desire to surrender to the Lord in all things and live out His perfect will in our lives. The outcome of that might look different for all of us. What God has planned for you might be different than what he has planned for me. I celebrate, encourage and support you and where you are in your journey with the Lord!
