How many of you grew up during a time where people would call you TWO FACED? They would call you FAKE! Y’all know! 😂 BUT That is exactly what I would picture God calling us based on the instability of the lives that we choose to live! Oh what about being called the HYPOCRITE! Saying one thing but doing another! Being called a hypocrite could have been my middle name the way folks TRIED IT! There are moments where God has instructed us to sit back and dine with our enemy (to send a message or encouragement from HIM) but there should never be a time where we’re playing the same game as the enemy! In Satans house dining and enjoying every minute of it, thinking nobody gone find out! Responding to the ploys of the enemy outside of the Holy Spirits moving is very detrimental to our souls!
I remember a time where God had inspired me to read Revelations 3 and as I’m reading, I’m instantly full of excitement as I got to going! God was sending me a great message! Yesssss God Yessss! You gone open doors that no man can shut! You hyping me up major! God came through with the Word during that moment, but y’all…God was like keep reading! Keep Reading??? Whew Lord!
I had a Mr. Brown from Madea moment! I said to myself! I said “self and myself said, Huh? 😂 I wanted to skip over them scriptures and act like I didn’t read a thang! Yep a THANG! You see, once God reveals and shows us something, WE ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for what we NOW, know! I was hoping He was going to place someone on my heart to send that message too! Naw! He said this for you NIKKI! Whew Lord 😬🥴
🌟““I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You’re not cold, you’re not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! Your STALE. You’re STAGNANT. You make me want to VOMIT. You brag, ‘I’m rich, I’ve got it made, I need nothing from anyone,’ oblivious that in fact you’re a PITIFUL, blind BEGGAR, THREADBARE and HOMELESS.”🌟

STALE! STAGNANT! VOMIT! PITIFUL!!! Well SHEESH! How you really feel? 🥴😬 The message bible holds Nothing back! But in that moment God had to deal with me! You can’t make up your mind because you’re still so focused on pleasing the world! You put God in a box and expect Him to show up in your life when others are around! You pray and speak so eloquently around church folks, spiritual advisors, but in the presence of your own home, ain’t nothing but the devils operation coming out your mouth! Your kids are called every ungodly name! Your spouse ain’t heard a prayer come out your mouth in ages! Your coworkers wouldn’t be able to tell you had any light of Christ on the inside of you, so when they find out you “go to church,” or you’re a leader or elder in the church, they’re just as flabbergasted as the next person who had no idea you were living that double life!
I get it, there are times when we slip up, but how many times we gone keep slipping up? How many times you gone keep sleeping around with that person and standing at the altar every Sunday! When will your conversations with friends and family mirror that of your prayer language? People shouldn’t be surprised or shocked when they find out you’re “saved!”
As a babe in Christ there are things that God can understand as you grow and transition, but as you mature and develop, there are things that you can not continue to do! We talk about the “noticeable” sins that’s talked about in the pulpits all the time, but what about the lying, gossiping, stealing (Pastor talked about stealing time from work) WHEW!
We have to be mindful of the life that we live! We need to get balanced with living our life in a way that pleases God. God doesn’t restrict us from having fun and enjoying our life, but the very opposite! He wants us to have a fruitful and prosperous life filled with joy. The only way that will happen, though, is when we place Him at the forefront of everything that we do! There isn’t an excuse for not being able to resist the temptations that come our way! Why? Because God has already given us a way of escape! I can’t remember a time when I didn’t feel the nudge to not do something I knew was wrong. I did it anyway! That was on me! I couldn’t blame the enemy! Oh but I tried a few times! But as a godly man and woman, God gone make sure His Spirit stops you in your tracks! You continuing on is a direct reflection of you trying to please God and Flesh at the same time! It never works in our favor!
We can’t live a certain way one day and the next day depending on how we feel, we living another way! God holds us accountable to what we know and once we say YES to God, He will surely make sure we know the way in which we are to navigate this life! Picking and choosing when we are going to listen to God and obey Him is no longer acceptable! Either we are or we aren’t! God can do more with a person who simply says no than with a person who is wavering in what they desire to believe when it comes to their position in Christ! If you’re wavering then you know what you’re supposed to be doing anyway!
The word says that a double minded man is unstable in all his ways! Can’t nobody follow someone who can’t be sustained at all! Can’t nobody follow you if your thoughts wander all over the place. Can’t nobody follow you if you have no idea of where you’re going because you are always trying to follow the world and please GOD! Guess what???? It’s IMPOSSIBLE! You can’t please God and the world at the same time! When you try, most times we’re spending more time pleasing that nasty flesh of ours!
In my time with the Lord, He ministered to me that in trying to be two things you end up being NOTHING! Whew! That sounds like the Message Version of the scripture saying that when you’re lukewarm, you’re stale and stagnant! You’re nothing without God! So pleasing the world leaves you being absolutely nothing! No purpose or order in your life! Whew Jesus! Help Us!
God is unable to use an indecisive person! We can’t be trusted when we desire to flip flop on what we believing and WHO we believing from moment to moment! God had to deal with me in my thoughts and unwavering of faith! One day I would be up and one day I would be down! This week the words “Learn to get up” was spoken to some of us! In those exact moments God told me: BETTER YET NIKKI, just stop falling down! Whew! I wanted to place up the church fingers and walk my tail out! 😂
God isn’t calling us to perfection! But He is calling us to separation! Separation from a world that doesn’t care about us! Separation from a lifestyle that will lead us right to the pits of destruction instead of into the arms of a Graceful and Faithful God! We make decisions based on emotions and a feelings! Those feelings will leave us empty and indecisive each time!
We have to learn to be balanced through the word of God. We have to know that we can’t be straddling the fence and giving our life to Christ AND satan! We NEED TO CHOOSE! We have to refuse to give up when things get tough! We have to learn to submit our ways to Christ instead of finding ways to please our flesh! Yeah you’ll feel pleasure for a moment but after that you’re bound to feel moments of disgust as you realize the emptiness you feel without Christ!
God is ready to receive us all and transform us all! We have to make up in our minds that it’s God or nothing! We have to be All In!

Where are you in your walk and faith with God? Where will God be able to find you? In His Will or pleasing your flesh?

What and Who do you need to let go so you can flow with the spirit?
Remember that when you’re indecisive about choosing God, you leave your life open to even more attacks that you won’t be able to be released from due to deciding to leave God out of those equations!
