March (12 Days of CHOSEN)

Ready! Set! MARCH!!! 🥁 What’s up Chosen FAM!! I’m going to need you all to get caught up on these here BLOGS and leave some of them reviews now! 🤗 Just Slacking! 😂 Just kidding! Just kidding! But Naw! Go ahead and get caught up because CHOSEN has been on the RISE! 🤗

I forgot to post pictures of the services from February and I told yawl we used to be PACKED! Barely walking room up in there! I remember having impromptu Flag Worshipping with myself and Valencia! No Space, Hot and Sweating, but God was getting the Gloryyyyyy!!! 💃🏽🏳️🚩

This entire process has made me truly recognize the deepness of “DON’T DESPISE THE DAY OF SMALL BEGINNINGS, FOR THE LORD REJOICES TO SEE THE WORK BEGIN!” (Zechariah 4:10) We were small but MIGHTY! 🙌🏾😭🎉 CHOSEN, God will continue to complete the Work that He started in us as a body and also the Work He has started in our own individual lives! There is so much power and anointing in our CHURCH and as we align with the Perfect Will of God, we will continue to see the MANIFESTATION of His Glory Revealed!

As we step into March, there was so much BEAUTY in this MONTH! It was our last month worshipping at Ludlow! We had begun the MOVE  to 295 EAST SALEM! 🎉

Pastor Asia took the reins and delivered a power packed word for the HOUSE! Listen go watch that video when you all can! She was 4 years old when she started preaching and she started on a Women’s Day and gave this message also during Women’s History Month! What she say: ALMOST FULL CIRCLE! Jesus!

She came forth with the Word and charged us right into Romans 7: 1, 19-25! She summed up the passage and how Paul expresses that he wants to do the right thing, BUT there is always something there trying to prohibit him from doing the right thing! Then she flipped it up and tossed it at us and expressed that the WORD says, He will not tempt us above that which we are able, BUT He will always provide a way of escape! (1 Corinthians 10:13). Guess what that way of escape is EVERYONE??? HIS WORD!!!! Since the start of CHOSEN, it’s been the WORD and JESUS! We are but DIRT, so we knowwww that without a shadow of DOUBT, that it’s the WORD that moves CHOSEN and affords us the transformation that has taken place within us as a Ministry and also within our personal lives! She took us back to Romans 6 and reminded us of how Pastor has said to read the chapter before, after and sometimes the entire book to get the context of the Word being brought forth! Catch This: The wages of SIN is DEATH, but the GIFT of God is ETERNAL LIFE through CHRIST!  

Listen! This message was given right before my birthday trip and I must say, I had to take the whole message in! Even NOW, as I’ve been going back through, her message truly needs to be watched again, because CHILEEEEEE…WE ARE THE PROBLEM! She said that! In her message she DID 😂 Look yourself smack dab in the face and say, “ LOOK SIS! LOOK BRUH! I AM THE PROBLEM!!” Let me get up from this here seat and get my life together! 😂 Cause whattttt???!?!?! Yep, she came to get all in our tails and have us face US! Shall we continue to sin, that Grace may ABOUND? Dead to Law, but Bound By Christ! She was all in them scriptures! She didn’t read us, GOD’S WORD DID! She was just the deliverer! What we say, “don’t shoot the messenger!” Yeah go ahead and take that up with God when you get yourself together! Let’s see how that works out for you! Checkmate…God Wins!

We live this life as if God can’t end it now! We live this life, expecting God to be okay with the messiness we keep up! We live this life full of sin and as the world does, but expect God to flow abundance down our street when we are in need! We live this life thinking we can DO US! NAW we need to start DOING GOD! Living for God! Honoring God! Magnifying God! Doing us, keeps us in a downward spiral of pain and abuse!

Pastor Asia reached down into Matthew as well and reminded us that Jesus offered HIMSELF up as a living sacrifice because without the BLOOD! Say it with me: WITHOUT THE BLOOD! There would have been no remission of sin! God didn’t come to abolish the law but to fulfill or bring meaning to the LAW!

Jesusssss! She hit us with the unforgiveness and how God tosses our sins (Hebrews 10:17) far out the moment we seek Him for forgiveness and yet and STILL we continue harboring so much bitterness and unforgiveness to those who have wronged us! Whew! If God can FORGIVE, then why can’t we??? Do we think we’re greater and better than God! In all of His Majestic,  He made time to FORGIVE US! Reached down and grabbed hold of us! And WE…but dirt, tend to think we’re too good to offer the same to others!

Whew! God helping me on this Friday morning! 🙌🏾😭💛🖤

AP SAID, “IT’S ON SIGHT!” The context in which she spoke it was so evident, but yawl got to go listen for yourself! But On Sight! That really is the attitude we need to take up with SATAN and His Imps!! We stay taking stuff laying down and letting the enemy pounce on us! It’s time to drag him and stop letting him take control! AP informed us in the beginning that we are the PROBLEM! When the enemy attacks and we sit there and do nothing, then guess what, WE DA (yep DA 😂🤷🏾‍♀️) PROBLEM!!! God has given us all of what we need! He’s given a full strategy, the blueprint, the entire print out of Map Quest and we STILL choose to act as if we can’t comprehend! Oh we can comprehend, we just think we can play naive and God doesn’t know! HE KNOWS EVERYTHING! He Sees everything! He knows our heart! Better Yet, He is with us! Yep right in the middle of our mess, He is sitting right next to us, whispering and at times yelling that “NAW MY CHILD, I wouldn’t do that if I were you! That’s not part of my will! That’s not pleasing to me! You sure that is the right thing to do! You don’t want to try it this way!” And we still go off on our own tangent! So YES that’s when WE BECOME THE PROBLEM! We giving God second Hand Smoke right along with the angels hovering over us daily, because we want to continue to dive head first into sin! Whew!

If God has given you a mandate, He has given you directives and you choose not to follow suit, then how can you blame anybody else for the destruction in your life that YOU CAUSED???

“Think about all the times I could have dragged you!” Yep, Pastor Asia gave exactly what God told her to give! Who you still dragging in the natural and spirit, when God has decided not to drag you! For those who don’t understand the drag lingo…it’s fight! It’s beat up! It’s exposing the mess! Whew!

We have to begin to take accountability for ourselves and stop placing the blame on everything else and thinking that our trauma and our issues gives us a pass to SIN! No ma’am! No sir! Our grief, our trauma, the abuse: It’s time to let God heal because we can’t keep using it as an excuse to live how we want and thinking that God is going to be pleased! Anything not of God, is NOT PLEASING to GOD!

Let me go ahead and wrap this up because that entire message has summed up our MARCH! We will end by discussing her point of how we sometimes remain stagnant and go nowhere because we don’t want to face the pain that getting out the boat will bring! As we end 2023 and step into 2024, what progress is God saying you need to step out and into? What is there left for you to do in 2023, that God has given you to do? What things do you need to release to God so that He can get the Glory out of your life?

These 12 days I desire to give insight into how we should be posturing ourselves to walk in the freedom and wholeness of God so that we can walk in the Boldness of God! It’s not just about putting some words and scriptures together to say we did it, but to help us all to get into alignment with the Vision that God has for us as a KINGDOM UNITED FRONT! Yes, we’ve had some tough moments in 2023! Yes we’ve cried more than we have in our lives! Yes we’ve made mistakes and our flaws came to surface! Yes, the reports may not all have been good! Yes, we’ve had to restart and restart and restart again! Even with all of THIS, JESUS IS STILL SEATED ON THE THRONE, in HEAVENLY places with GOD, HIMSELF! In order to FACE US, we need to FACE GOD and have a genuine repentant heart to get back in alignment or to get in alignment! It’s never to belittle or bring shame to our lives and situations, but to bring God into our situations! Who we are and who we are to become, is a direct reflection of the God in our lives that we allow to inhabit even the darkest areas of us! Let God expose the darkness to His light so that we can live a life pleasing and acceptable to Him! Let’s live a life of reckless abandon to God and being FREE to walk in OBEDIENCE! This isn’t about anybody else but US! God wants US! He desires to dwell in us! Abide in Us, BUT He can’t until we give Him permission and we begin to abide and dwell in HIM!
