WHERE ARE YOU GOING? PART TWO

Where are you Going Part Two!

Hey Familyyyyy! 💛 We meet again on this amazing Friday! 🤗 Of course we are still engaging in #AfterSunday! If you’ve been at church or following along on the app, live streams or on the website then you would surely know exactly what After Sunday represents! For those who do not know, let me fill you in just a tad! After Sunday is honestly developing your bond and relationship with God outside of just Sunday! It emphasizes the NEED and DESIRE to worship God and not just on Sundays! It’s the private time you have with God during the week as well. The foundation of Christ in your life MUST move beyond the borders of SUNDAY!

Last week we were able to gain a little understanding about seeing things from God’s Perspective! How many times have you been in a rush or flustered about something and failed to look at the full scope of it? THE BIGGER PICTURE! How many times has God had to sit you down and ask, “WHERE ARE YOU GOING?” What are you doing?

Whether physically, mentally or spiritually! “Where are you going?”

What you do NOW is truly important in where you are going? Better yet…WHY? Why are you in a rush to get there? What has God told you? What has God shown you?

We may not know or understand the depths of what God is trying to speak to us, but we have to trust that He knows what’s best for us!

GOD HAS A PLAN AND PURPOSE FOR EVERYTHING!

✨✨“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭AMP✨✨‬‬

God doesn’t orchestrate things just for the fun of it! Since God has carefully crafted us even before our conception, we must trust that He knows what He’s doing and His Timing is perfect. Ecclesiastes 3:1-10 talks about God’s Timing and how there is a time and season for EVERYTHING!

He strategically plans everything for our benefit! With that in mind, it’s a great feeling to know that God cares that much about us, to even give us a message while we were waiting out the rain (Read Part One).

So when you’re in the middle of your storm, or in the middle of some uncomfortable moments, consider the words: WHERE ARE YOU GOING? Consider those words when you’re trying to run off to get to another destination! A destination that may not have been on the path that God ordered for you to begin with!

Pause in the Moment and BREATHE! Don’t allow every inconvenience knock your off your rocker!

God cares way too much for you, to allow you to continue down a crooked path! When He says, “He will make your crooked paths, straight,” then believe Him! He desires for you to be safe and to form beautiful relationships with those He has anointed just for your life! 💛 Those relationships will help you see God’s Perspective through uncertainties. God seeks to see you prosper and grow! God desires to love on you!

Until God has released you to know Where you’re going, just sit still until He gives you the release! JUST WAIT! What’s the Rush?

God’s Protection is wrapped in your OBEDIENCE!

So… Where Are You Going?

I wrote this poem back in 2018. I think it applies to your message. It's basically about quieting your spirit and allowing God to lead you on the path that he has set before you.

"Hush"

Knocked down off my feet.....so tired...from the weight of defeat .....I reach out my hands to the sky above.....and I cry out to the Father....for his guidance and love...like a baby......he cradles me in his arms......wipes away my tears....

And keeps me from all harm.....whispering...."Hush my child. Be still....just let me lead you....and when you hunger for knowledge....my Holy Word shall feed you. No never again.....will you ever feel alone. For I will always be with you....until the day I call you home."

Wow! This is amazing! Sorry for the late response! This is beautiful! Hopefully I’ll see you this coming Sunday! I need to hug you! ❤️🤗 it’s such a great feeling to know that when God says Hush, it’s so He can comfort us and allow us to embrace Him! Thanks for sharing this with us!
